For People Ready To Build A Business That Actually Works For Them. This Time.

Grounded frameworks, practical tools, and deep respect for how you actually function.

My philosophy

You Don’t Need Fixing. You Need Clear Ways To Understand Yourself.

I don't believe in prescriptions or one right way to build. I believe you make better decisions when you understand how you function — your energy, your patterns, your capacity, and your timing — and you're given space to work with that honestly.

My role isn't to decide for you or promise transformation. It's to offer grounded frameworks, reflective tools, and practical language that help you see yourself more clearly, so your choices come from self-trust not pressure or performance.

A note on evidence and honesty

I Won't Promise You Proof — But I Won't Lie To You Either

I can't prove that Human Design or astrology "work" in the scientific sense. There's no peer-reviewed study that definitively shows your birth chart determines how you make decisions. The research isn't there. But here's what I can say: these tools have helped me (and many others) make sense of patterns that nothing else explained. They've given language to things I couldn't articulate. They've offered frameworks that made my burnout, my sensitivity, my need for slower rhythms feel less like personal failures and more like design features.

I don't need these tools to be scientifically proven to find them useful. And I'm not going to pretend the evidence is there when it's not.

What I offer is discernment, translation, and context — not prescriptions or promises. If you're curious but skeptical, that's valid. I hold these tools the same way: as frameworks for understanding, not as absolute truths.

Hi, I’m Alice. This Is How This Work Came To Exist.

A young woman with long, wavy, reddish-brown hair sitting on the floor, wearing a white satin blouse and blue jeans, against a plain white wall.

I spent most of my life treating my body like an inconvenience — something to manage, control, push through. If I was tired, I drank more coffee. If I was in pain, I kept going. If my nervous system was screaming for rest, I told it to be quiet. I had work to do, clients to see, a life to build.

I thought that was what strength looked like.

For years, I kept going — corporate roles, fitness leadership, building businesses — while ignoring every signal that my pace was unsustainable. Eventually, my body stopped negotiating. A health collapse forced everything to a halt and brought every hidden belief about productivity, worthiness, and being "strong" into the light.

A woman with long auburn hair wearing a partially open white blouse, holding one hand over her heart center with fingers spread apart, and another hand at the solar plexus - stomach area, fingers spread apart.

I've lived with gut issues, hormone imbalances, nervous system overwhelm, and now fibromyalgia — a long education in what happens when a sensitive system keeps being asked to run at a pace it can't hold. I don't share this for sympathy. I share it because it's a story I recognize in so many people who arrive here: capable, committed, and quietly overriding themselves to keep up.

Human Design and astrology didn't fix me. They gave me language for my patterns, context for why the old way stopped working, and permission to rebuild at a pace my system could actually sustain.

That's when everything began to change. Slowly. Intentionally. At a rhythm that honoured what I needed, not what I thought I should be able to handle.

Now I help people do the same — not because I have it all figured out, but because I've been there. And I know what it's like to need a map that finally fits.

The Values That Shape This Work

Individuality

Your life, context, capacity, and pace matter. We work with the reality of how you function — not generic paths, rigid protocols, or someone else’s idea of success or the “right” way to live & work.

Clarity

You deserve straight answers. No quick-fix promises or mystifying jargon. Everything is translated into grounded, practical language so you understand what’s being seen and why it matters.

Integrity

Ethical, human-first, and scope-aware. This work is reflective and supportive — not diagnostic or prescriptive — and evolves through ongoing learning and lived truth, not trends or performance.

Where This Work Comes From

More than theory – a synthesis of lived experience and study

This work didn't start in a classroom. It started when my body forced me to stop and rebuild my entire life from scratch.

I spent years in the wellness field — as a personal trainer, in corporate fitness leadership, studying Bowen Therapy, nutrition, counselling foundations, and energetic practices. I was always searching for the thing that would help me feel less dysregulated, less burnt out, less like I was fighting my own system just to function.

What actually helped wasn't a certification or a protocol. It was understanding how I was wired — and why the old way stopped working.

I've trained in Human Design with Jessie Eccles and Erin Claire Jones, studied astrology with Natalia Benson, and I'm currently deepening my studies in both. I also hold a Bachelor of Design in Visual Communication, which shapes how I translate complex systems into clear, structured frameworks that are actually usable.

But what qualifies me to do this work isn't a list of credentials. It's the integration of lived experience, ongoing study, and a commitment to being honest about what I can and can't claim — and treating people's capacity, context, and scepticism with respect.
