1. Introduction

Welcome to The Cosmic Solace (“I”, “me”, “my”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website (“Site”) and any services, products, or digital resources (“Offerings”) you purchase or access through it.

By using this Site or purchasing an Offering, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase from it.

2. Nature of Service & Self-Responsibility

The Cosmic Solace provides reflective, capacity-aware tools for self-responsible individuals.

• Educational and Reflective Only: My work with Human Design and astrology is investigative and reflective in nature. It is intended to support self-understanding and decision-making. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice.

• No Ongoing Support or Crisis Care: Offerings are delivered as contained, one-off resources (written PDF reports and optional voice support via Voxer). I do not provide therapy, crisis support, or ongoing messaging or coaching.

• Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for how you interpret and apply the information provided. You agree to seek appropriate professional support where needed.

3. Service Delivery & Timelines

All services are delivered asynchronously. There are no live calls or real-time sessions.

• The Business Blueprint: Delivered via email as a PDF within 2–3 weeks of receiving your completed intake form and accurate birth details.

• Voxer Support Add-On: If purchased, the Voxer window opens upon delivery of your Blueprint. You receive three voice questions answered within a 10-day access window. There are no set call times or live sessions.

All delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, but I take them seriously and communicate if something changes.

4. Pricing

• The Business Blueprint: AUD $159.00 (special introductory offer, one-time payment.)

• Voxer Support Add-On: AUD $53.00 (special introductory offer, one-time payment, in addition to the Blueprint)

Prices are in Australian dollars and inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Capacity-Aware Practice

As a business owner living with chronic illness, I operate a capacity-aware practice. I honour all delivery timeframes to the best of my ability.

However, I reserve the right to adjust delivery timelines at short notice due to health flares or unforeseen circumstances. If I anticipate a significant delay beyond the stated delivery window, you will be offered the choice of a revised delivery date or a full refund for that specific Offering. This is your sole remedy for such delays.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because my work is bespoke and created to order, refunds are limited as follows.

6.1 The Business Blueprint

• No Change-of-Mind Refunds Once Work Has Begun: Once I have started working with your intake and charts, no refunds are available, even if you have not yet received the final PDF.

• Pre-Work Cancellations: You may request a cancellation and refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided work has not yet commenced. Refunds will be issued minus any non-refundable payment processing fees.

No refunds are provided if you disagree with the content, feel it does not resonate, or do not experience specific outcomes. These offerings are reflective tools.

If I Cannot Complete Your Report: In rare cases, if I am unable to complete your Blueprint, you will be offered either a full refund or a credit towards a future Offering.

6.2 Voxer Support Add-On

The Voxer add-on is non-refundable once your Blueprint has been delivered and the access window has been opened. If the window has not yet opened, please contact alice@thecosmicsolace.com within 24 hours of purchasing to request a cancellation.

7. Intellectual Property & Digital License

All content, frameworks, report structures, written materials, and digital resources created under The Cosmic Solace name are owned by The Cosmic Solace.

When you purchase an Offering, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the material for your own life and reflection. You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or share the material publicly

• Resell or repurpose it as your own work

• Use it commercially in your own client work, courses, or trainings

• Use it to train AI models or automated systems

8. Consumer Rights

• Australian Consumer Law (ACL): Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under the ACL. Where the ACL applies, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in cases of major failure.

• EU/UK Residents: If you are located in the EU or UK, local consumer protection and cooling-off rules may apply. By purchasing a personalised digital Offering and requesting that work begins, you acknowledge that you may lose or limit your right to cancel once the work has started or been delivered.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Cosmic Solace is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or Offerings. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that specific Offering.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns, please contact alice@thecosmicsolace.com first. I encourage open, respectful communication and will do my best to resolve matters informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
